Mont Verra is Kerry Properties' flagship luxury residential development on Beacon Hill, Kowloon Tong. Starting in 2023, BB Fires has delivered over 10 custom sculptural 3D water vapor fireplaces across detached houses and duplex penthouses — each unit individually designed to match its space.
Custom sculptural 3D water vapor fireplaces were individually crafted for each residence — the white sculptural shell with honeycomb cutouts emits an amber LED glow, with a driftwood-root base as its sculptural anchor. Smart controls integrate into the building's home automation system. NF386 certified systems feature ultrasonic mist atomization and LED projection, with cool-to-touch surfaces safe for children and pets.
Floor-to-ceiling glazing, luxury stone walls, double-height ceilings — Mont Verra's spatial language is "breathtaking openness."
