Babington Hill is a boutique project in the traditional luxury district of Hong Kong Island’s Western Mid-Levels, with a 999-year lease and only 79 units. Within a limited footprint, the fireplace must be both a quiet work of art that integrates into the space and an emotional anchor for family gatherings — while perfectly matching smart and safety standards of luxury residences.

BB Fires proposed an "understated radiance" concept: premium electric fireplaces with clean, sculptural lines — elegant furnishing when off, a warm glowing soul when lit. A seamless smart temperature-control system supports one-touch preset scenes such as "cosy reading" and "social gathering", quiet and reliable.
