The Pavilia Forest, themed around immersive "forest bathing", sits at the front of the Kai Tak runway area. Its show flat and communal spaces needed a warm, modern flame effect to echo the "urban forest" narrative, while meeting strict safety and energy standards for enclosed residential spaces.
