When a building is itself a work of art, its core public space — the clubhouse — faces the absolute demand to exceed the ordinary. Any open-flame solution was ruled out for safety and insurance complexity, yet the developer rejected flat electric imitation, demanding flame with authentic dynamic beauty and 100% physical safety.

BB Fires proposed a "visual dimension-elevation on the safety axis" concept, using large 3D fire feature technology: multi-layer precision optical refraction and dynamic particle simulation create flames of astonishing depth and random flicker — a complete visual and psychological "burning" experience with zero heat risk and zero emissions. The two fire features were integrated and embedded along the clubhouse circulation, with shells precisely matched to natural stone and metal detailing — two calm modern sculptures even when off.
